Futures Group is
inviting prospective organizations through this Request For Proposal (“RFP”) to
submit their proposal for conducting the Health Insurance Feasibility Study for
Afghanistan, which is an activity under the United States Agency for International
Development (USAID)-Funded Health Policy Project (HPP) in Afghanistan.
Objectives:
The objectives of
this feasibility study are to:
1. Examine the
possibilities for developing and implementing a successful risk-protection or
health insurance
strategy; and
2. Provide options
to the Government of Afghanistan to introduce risk-protection or health
insurance schemes
that are appropriate given the context and health system landscape.
