The Korea Green Foundation’s
Green Asia Grant annually provides financial aid to NGOs and civic
organizations in the Asia region. This program is made to support NGOs who work
on regional and global environmental issues and aim to build a network with
Asia partners for environmental conservation.
Thematic Areas:
1.
Biodiversity
2.
Climate Disaster (disaster
prevention, local resilience, etc.)
3.
Renewable Energy
4.
Other Environmental Issues in Local Areas
Grant request can be made for
USD 5,000 per applicant. Up to 10 organizations will be provided the grant money
to implement the program.
Eligibility:
1.
NGOs, NPOs or civil society organization in Asia
working for the public good are eligible to apply.
2.
Proposed project implementation duration should
be 6 months beginning from August 2014 – January 2015.
3.
The proposed project must be a project type
based on one of the following activity- education,
campaign, and research.
Application materials include –
completed application form, project proposal, and applicant information;
officially recognized proof of identification form, brochures or any materials
introducing the applicant and its projects.
